UNDETECTABLE: triple tx with Inc, 12 week lab work

My husband got his 12 week lab results back today.  His VL was 78 at week 4, UND at week 8, and still UND at week 12.  Hooray!  About 2 weeks ago, he started having symptoms of anemia (shortness of breath, increased fatigue, cold hands/feet, dizziness, pale, etc.), but his hematocrit and hgb were still OK.  The NP had him lower his Riba from 1200 to 800.  That helped after a few days.  He is still fatigued and short of breath at times, but I think the other symptoms improved with the dose reduction.  About the same time he finished Incivek, which I'm sure has helped.  The 12 week lab work was drawn last Friday, the day after finishing Incivek, and the numbers are still OK.  They are dropping slowly, but only slightly.  Hgb is 10.7 (down from 11 two weeks ago) and Hematocrit is 31 (down from 34 two weeks ago).  Everything else is stable.  The NP wants him to stay at the reduced level of Riba and re-check counts again next Wed., but for the meantime, he will just continue doing what he's doing.  He did 14th injection today.
