Ultram and AD's

Can someone please tell me why you cannot take Ultram and be on AD's? Is it all AD's ?  Do you take one Ultram and it kills you? What';s up with this?  I'm looking for a non-narcotic, non-acetominiphen, pain reliever and Ultram was looking pretty good until I read that it can kill me.  :-(

Go to ultram-er.com or google Ultram and you can find all the information.

I take Ultram/Tramadol.  My GI and my pharmacist both told me that if you are taking Ultram daily that you can't take certain Anti-D's as Ultram like the anti D's affect the seratonin in the brain.
