Unexplained High White Blood Count

by highwhitebloodcount, Oct 04, 2007 09:44AM
I have had an elevated white count for 2 1/2 years now. My white count averages anywhere between 17000-25000. My Sed rate is just slightly elevated. Anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be? I have been going to a Hematologist...no answers.

Just a suggestion---my mom has had a high white blood count for 30 years--AFter years of testing-
it turned out to be a distended bladder- She's been catherizing herself since the age of 40-

Im not saying you have this you most likely do not.

However there is some type of infection going on.

Good luck.
