Sounds more like Gonorrhea.  If you see a doctor he'll probably prescribe an antibiotic and advice you about going out in the rain without a rain coat and also suggest some dietary improvements.

If you are referring to Hepatitis C, this disease is only passed thru blood-to-blood contact.  I dont know of any "VD" that could be passed orally.  If your having pain when urinating then you need to see your MD for meds, it could be something like a kidney infection of bladder infection or a kindney stone. It could be just a bacterial infection. The MD's will give you meds to take care of the issue whatever the problem. There not there to judge you, they are there to make you feel better.

Painful urinating is caused by many ailments..most commonly a urinary tract infection.prostatitis  to name a couple ,however it is not a symptom of HCV.Best to see a doc about it tho....

HCV is not a STD  as the blood from an infected person must enter the blood of another to be infected,so oral sex is no risk .......
