Virilel load

I was diagnosed with hep c in Aug of 2000, my virile load was 800,000 ( is this an extremely high virile load)after 3 months of combination therepy my virile load went to 100,000. Yet after 6 months it went up to 300,000, is there a reason for this or can it go up and down during treatment. The plus is my liver has no damage and my enzyme levels are all normal. Is my virile load abnormally high and what is an acceptable virile load (if there is such a thing as acceptable).
