So sorry to hear you are feeling so bad, sounds like a lot hit you at once. Hope you can get some rest and things improve soon..hang in there
Mine says no Tylenol too but I know some doctors say Tylenol is OK as long as you take no more than they say to.
I don't take it, I figure why buy trouble it if there are options.
Hey,
Im glad you are doing good. I am still in shock. My second shot was a peice of cake!!! The only complaint was peeing a bunch of times and not sleeping too well, but I can handle that. No chills, fever or aches. This is def making me feel better about this situation. I was expecting to feel crappy. I took my shot at 7pm and took 2 extra strength tylenol at 9pm and I actually didnt even really drink that much water like everyone tells you too..and I was ok. I am glad you are doing well and enjoyed the movie. I hope you have a great 4th!

I'm on another board hepatitis called "Jovo"...(its for disscussion of natural tx) And they just had a rather long thread about tendonitus. Somebody was very highly advocating "DMSO" for for this problem. This is a solvent that they use in vetrinary medicine for horses as a liniment. It goes right through the skin so you have to have clean hands and clean the area and wash hands right after use. Rub it on twice a day. You can probably google it. This person said it took the pain away immediately. You can buy this at a health food store, I have some and it is in a small bottle has a green lable and a roller ball like deoderant. I don't know about if it is processed through the liver or not.
I have a friend at work who has tennis elbow that just flared up. I told him ibuprofen is the best anti-inflamitory (treats the cause and symptom) and he took 800mg of motrin and was feeling fine at work (the dock!!)next day.
I take Ibufrofem for all of my aches and pain especially joint pain. I was having some arthritic symptoms before TX. It has always worked for me. I have been meaning to start a thread on "ibuprofen vs. Tylanol" because everyone here seems to advocate tylanol. My G.I. said NO TyLanol.
The only thing that will help a muscle problem is rest and some stretching multiple times a day. If you keep pushing it you will only make it worse. Stretching should help get the pain out within a few days. Then ease back into it slowly.
Take care,
Steve
I can't imagine anyone using DMSO while tx'ing. That stuff may stop the pain but carries a big price tag on it. Google it or ask your GP.
miss
Thank you all! I have been having a horrible day!
I will try anything right now.
Now my stomach is bothering me as well, not nausea, just stabbing pains, almost like menstrual pains, (no eggs in my basket) awful. I have been doubled over all day.
Recently, I have been taking voltran for "tennis elbow" I know I need to rest the arm as well so it can heal. My dilemma is: lack of working out specific muscle groups (I always worked out) seems to be taking a real toll on me. First I didnt work out cuz I was just to weak and tired, now getting some of my energy back, I have "injuries" I am feeling very beat up, and just know if I could get back in the swing of things, I would feel better. It just seems no matter what I do, I aggravate this problem. Now this morning it hurt (my other arm) just to shampoo my hair, its like my deltoid muscles are just locking up and causing alot of pain. Anybody know of anything I can do to help, and not further contribute to this most irritating problem.
