Well, I guess I'm done. SVR.

Just got my 6 month PCR results, and the "Roche COBAS Ampliprep/Taqman HCV Test" says "Not Detected". Pretty happy with that! Lower detection limit of 15IU/mL.
Thought I'd let you know, I occasionally post here. Hope it gives those treating some encouragement, treatment can be long, tiring and depressing, but hang in there if you can.

Been some good advice and laughs on this forum, lots of great people. Hope Dyce is still going alright.

My original post is here if you're interested in stats, 2nd from the end.

Get out that grapejuice jmjm, and thanks everyone for all your posts.

Thanks guys, taken a couple of days for it to sink in I suppose, this thing was dragging me down for about 13 years, used to think of it nearly every day. And now it's gone, almost hard to believe! Cheers for all the comments, hope it all works out well for you all!

Congratulations and good luck.  Thanks for posting your original.  Your during-tx regimen was interesting, especially the absorption theory and the milk thistle.

weird feeling isn't it? elation on the negative and sort of a let down that there are no sparks coming from the paper!  It is almost as if you knew deep down, and the paper just confirms it, so is business as usual.  YOU ARE DONE!  enjoy the rest of your hep c life!
