What does this mean, Dr. just says enzymes high

My doctors who are of course overworked and have too many patients has never really broke this down except that my liver enzymes are high, liver is working too hard.
WBC 3.6 low
RDW 14.9 High
Patelet count 117 Low
Glucose 103 high
Ast/SGOT 108 high
ALT/SGPT 176 High

What does it all mean?

just a layment's interpretation:

* WBC (white blood cell count / lykocyte count): a little low
* red blood cell distribution width: can mean anemia
* platelet count (thrombocytes): 117: can also mean anemia, and is often low when the liver is under stress.
* Glucose is only at the higher boundary of normal.
* AST : ALT ratio is highter than 1, which is GOOD
* ALT is three fold upper limit, AST is two fold upper limit

The fact that AST and ALT are elevated means that liver cells are dying at a faster pace than normally. However the liver has a great regeneration capability, such that this is not a dangerous situation. However. over many years, the constant stress of re-building liver tissue leads to scarring tissue (fibrosis, etc.) which reduces the capability of the liver to produce platelets, and regulate our various chemical processes.

I don't know if you had a liver biopsy, but that could tell in addition to your blood values where your liver is standing and if there are any structural changes in the tissue.

In any case, you need a strategy to keep the virus and it's effects on your body in check from now on. As i read on your profile, you are going to start treatment in April. I think this is superb. I wish you good luck with it!
