I want to ask what is the window period for Hepatitis C ?
I received oral sex from a girl and after 4 months i tested for Hepatitis C and the result came back Negative.
Is conclusive my Negative result after 4 months for Hepatitis C ?

In general yes unless your immune system is compromised in which case you need to wait 6 months. However just to add hep c required blood to blood contact for transmission
