Hi, I am so glad to hear from you. You and your kids have been through so much! I am so glad you are clear and your kids are healing. My youngest son is so very angry, especially at me and at his dad for getting sick. Neither of my kids know I have Hep C. I really don't want them to know. At least not now. My oldest son does not have a good realtionship with his dad but regardless doesn't want him to die. It is so awful. The past week has been unbearable. I am looking for a therapist but dealing with the insurance co is a pain. No one in my area that accepts my ex's plan. I don't have a supportive family but do have a few good friends I confide in. The youngest is visiting his dad this weekend. I am so worried about him. We are going away on the 12th. I think this will be good for us. I hat that my kids have to also suffer because of this #$%^ disease.I am rambling, sorry, been keeping things bottled up.Thank you for your kindness and understanding. Knowing you and your kids came out ok makes me feel better. Please stay in touch with me.

Sounds like you need that vacation. Make sure that you plan another R&R& in the middle of tx. Glad everthing is progressing well up to tx start (I think). My appt is next Fri (11th) - we'll see. I'm preparing my opening speech to the doc, not sure if I should start with a joke or a more elaborate ice-breaker.
Hi, was hiding, hit a few rough patches at home. Ex not doing well with ESLD. Kids upset. Vacation needed bad!!!One more week. Leave on the 12th. Isn't yr Dr. appt on the 8th? Hope all goes well and you can do VX trial. I will see my Dr. end of Sept to start tx Oct. 1 or 2 tests left and I am good to go.Ultra sound csme back all good.
I was thinking about you yesterday, wondering how your vacation was going. I'm glad to hear you had a great time. Welcome back.
Best to you, Dana Earl.
BTW, the flashlight Obsession goes on. I bought a Princeton Tec Apex headlight last week. Too cool.
Maybe it's Cheerios! Honey-Nut Cheerios, yum. Hey, the commercial says they're good for your cholesterol, see?!!!? I'm losing it. Too little sleep I think. Cheers...
Susan
CHURROS. I think its churros.
The lime green pool is inviting! No pool parties here.
How exciting that everyone got SVR! WAAAAAA, I'm the only one on tx? That's just not fair! No one to commiserate with? NO ice cream? Rockers eating burgers? OMG! I guess I need to leave more often!
A tiny red berry with a pit that makes your mouth screw all up when eaten raw but makes the best jam, jelly, syrup and of course homemade chokecherry wine!!
A little Saskatchewan history for you. That area is know for the mining of potash - a major export of the province. In the old days the mining towns were inhabited mostly by men - the miners. To put it gently, men got lonely and there were no women-folk around. Chokeberry jam is not a food, it an ummm activity.
OMG , I cant believe I went down that path .Someone needs to have a talk with Morgaina.
I love chili too, but I can't eat hot chili AT ALL on tx. My tongue swells up and so do my lips. My mouth burns for hours. Horseradish is fine, but NO chilis. Anyone have this experience?
I thought it was true too! I think there is a chokeberry....
One of my favorite things to eat is , as we sayt in Tejas , meskin food. Its killing me because my tounge and gums are sooo sensitive it hurts for hours , not just from the spice , but the hot food. I love well made deep fried jalapenos. hmm umm. Have any good Jerk down in de island.
You've been very bad sying naughty things about good 'ol Saskatchewan history! There was tons of women around to make stuff with those horrible berries (which would lead on to other things, especially with the wine making) Pretty good try though!
Please do not take any offense, non was intended. But a real piece of truth...in addition to the jam and wine, the chokeberry is being evaulated as a medicinal ingredient. One of the possibilities, the liver.
Well I guess I learned something today.
How ya been?
Hahaha who wants homemade ch??? I have no clue how that got in there lmao, part of a cut & paste, i had ask a friend on line if she wanted some homemade cookies i had just baked....where the ch came from who knows lol.
Ch ocolate ch ip cookies. Of course! Thanks. Please post a dozen.
when i was on guam thier were these peppers called boonie peppers, just to touch them then to touch your face would give me blisters, in Texas the chili pequin peppers sometimes will make me blister but nothin like those boonie peppers....
sounds like you made it through vacation just fine, sounds like you did great with the sun too....
