Where can I find cheaper Pegasys 180?

Hi, everybody! i would appreciate any info or advice on where I can find the cheapest Pegasys 180?
My friend in Russia has recently been diagnosed with Hepatitis C,1b. She needs 1 syringe of Pegasys 180 every week for about 6 months. And for her it costs a fortune there (equivalent to over 300 dollars per syringe).
Is it possible to find it cheaper anywhere? I came across 1 cheaper price on a British website of online pharmacy, however to order there we need a prescription from EU accredited doctor, who of course we don't have in Russia.
So if anybody knows where else I can find this medicine, please reply.
Thank you in advance. We would really appreciate any information.

I'll have a look anyway, thank you! At the moment I'm looking into flying her over to Europe and consulting a doctor there, to get a 2d opinion and a prescription valid in Europe so that she will be able to order it online from Europe. If the costs of travel and tests are reasonable, it will still save her money in future for the medicine.

U.S. patients can get it for free from pegassist, www.pegassist.com/
They need a doctor's prescription and must qualify financially.

This program is only for those within the U.S.maybe Canada, but I don't know.

Yes, she's a citizen. But, unfortunately, Russian social insurance covers only consulting doctors and doing basic diagnostics: blood tests, Xrays, ultrasound. The medicines are always purchased by the patient and paid in full, unless he/she has some benefits from government (those people are rather few).

without insurance it will be very expensive. I thought Russia had socialized medicine. Is she not not a citizen.
