Who posted about Xango juice? Have some questions.

Just wondering, who posted about the drink called Xango?? I remember seeing it awhile ago, and my dad just  bought mother some to help with her arthritis. Just curious what anyone  knows about it. She has a fatty liver and we are very concerned about it...I don't really know what fatty liver is or does to someone.

Its crazy, my Grandmother passed away a few years ago due to liver failure and since my brother passed away due to  (cirrhosis) on June 14, I have begun tx for mine, and they diagnosed my mom with a fatty liver, and my dad has a liver disorder called Gilberts disease, what the heck is that?? All our livers are going caput. I just don't get it. :(

Any info. on fatty liver, Gillberts disease and/or Xango juice would be appreciated!

7 months into treatment, went from a VL of 4000000 to 0 in 12 weeks;i just started to go anemic. My doctor said it was not an issue yet. To keep doing my blood test every 4 weeks and see how it go's.I have not got sick or anything yet from the Treatments;i am starting to feel real tired when i get home from work, but i nap a hour or two and then i workout some. Also, these drugs can make me mean with some nasty thoughts, moody etc ... All in all not to bad. My advice eat a bit of grapes, blueberries and take a nice multi vitamin, with out Iron, workout light if you can. I also take a afternoon Zink B12 pill "Stress Formula" from CVS to help your immune system and eat light yogurt . All i can say is thank god for this treatment even with all its side effects. There are some better treatments that will be coming out late 2009 2010 that are much much better from a company called Vertex, so all HANG IN THERE AND BEAT THIS son of a *****!!!! I thought you may be interested in a combination I have been on for 15 yrs. and still Stage 1 this I attribute to God first and a combination my gastro told me they compared to intereron at a conference he had attenede with liver specialists. L-Carnitine an amino acid that helps reduce the fatty tissue in the liver, milk thistle and lecithin all taken once a day. I really notice it if I run out of the L-carnitine especially.

Hi....Just to let you know you gave a great detailed description on Xango.  Just wondering where you received the info from.  I am a Xango distributor and have been since September 07.  It's a really great juice and has helped alot of people in my area, including myself and my children.  Are you still on the Juice?????  I'm trying to help the best way I know how and if there's anything I can help with, please let me know.

Hi, I've never been on here before but was looking for info. on Xango juice because I'm drinking it and wanted to know if it had much iron in it. I discovered a little over a yr. that I have Hemochromatosis. It is a blood disorder that you inherit from your parents. Its a defect in your gene mutation. Anyway it makes you store up iron in your organs. Usually the liver first. So I thought since your family has so many issues with there livers you might see if they have ever been tested for Hemochromatosis. Hope you all are well.

Xango is made from the mangosteen fruit which has many heath benefits (proven through many studies) I have given many bottles to people, including my brother who suffers from hepc. I have witnessed the effects this juice has had on many people. I am a firm believer in this juice! I suffer from several disorders and was unable to perform daily tasks due to pain. I purchased several bottles (they only cost $25.) and within a three month period I lost several pounds (went from size 14 to a 6) and I can honestly say it has decreased my pain level dramatically.

Save your money eat healthy exercise and take a good multi without IRON.

There are just too many snake charmers out there trying to sell one thing or another to sick people.

Also...you do not know if it will help or hurt with your disease and it's NOT worth the chance of making the IFN not work.

Thanks you gals..wish I could of made the penny's sale too!!! And yes, I told my dad he was crazy spending all that money for that fruit juice for mom, but his love for her is huge, and he will go to whatever lengths it takes for her to feel good again...amazing I tell ya. But again, does anyone know what the heck Gillberts or Gilliards (not sure which one) disease is? Its a disease in the liver and dads had it for years I guess, but I didn't know anything about it. Guess its hereditary too...hmmm.

I take my shot on Friday nights and Saturday was the first saturday that I was able to get out and do something Was glad to because the penny's near us is moving and had a killer sale 40 - 60% off everything and I actually got to take advantage of it.  It was great First time that I have done anything since treatment started other than go to work or to the doctor.  Almost normal wooo hooo But then today all I've done is rest Hopefully I won't miss any work this next week.

OH MY!!! That is horrible, I am so sorry to hear that. That is a really big drop isn't it?? A transfusion?? Goodness sakes!! How did that go?? Are you feeling better?

I hope that it doesn't offend you or anyone, but I pray alot for people in this forum, as a "whole" and individually as I feel them laid upon my heart. I'll be praying for you today if that is ok with you...well even if it isn't..LOL.

I felt extremely well saturday (surprizingly). It's the first Saturday that I felt well since I began tx. Usually I feel really cr*py until Mon or so. It's almost like I got all the sx out of my system in one day...but BOY WAS IT CONCENTRATED, worse than I have ever felt in my life!!! My eye is really nasty still, but found out from nurse that it is common with people on "chemo like tx's" if they strain at something..(puking?) Usually because of anemia or other blood sx's. Hope thats not a bad sign...I will get my blood work done tomorrow.

Hope you are feeling better today I was worried about you friday when I didn't see you post anything. I was going to address something to you this afternoon if I didn't see something from ya. I am so sorry you had such a rough time after shot this week.  I shoot in both tummy and thigh but really pull up the fat in leg so not to get muscle. Tummy shot hurt quite a bit more this week than before.

I had a rough week also Not from shot but riba I think, RBC went down to 8.7 a 5 point drop in just 16 days anyway they gave me a transfusion tuesday and then Procrit thursday, then the riba made me sooo sick 2 hours after procrit shot, I wasn't sure if it was procrit or riba.  I vomited so violently that the last time had blood in it.  I freaked.  Called my doc and she said it probably was from riba, and lowered my riba from 1200 to 1000.

Mkeela Hi I was the one who responded to someone asking about xango juice as I am thinking about starting it Just because we have 1 and 1/2 bottles already here it's like $50 a bottle for 25oz and I'm not so sure I would have spent the money but since it's already paid for...

it just has juices in it  apple, pear, grape, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, cranberry cherry and mangostein Juices. citric acid and pectin ,there are no herbs, added vitamins or anything "Just  Juice". supposedly it has all the beneficial vitamins in the juices IMHO I don't see how it could hurt, you only drink 1-3 oz a day but you might want to see if someone says differently

I'm glad your taking the established meds for Hep C, but if I might add, be very careful with herbs and holistic meds with other meds as this herbal juice may be meant as a mono therapy, not as a cure but to  to control until meds are available, or waiting on something new. Hope you find what your looking for, let me know, it kind of picked my curiosity.

LOL...yeah I searched the archives and didn't find it. I think it could of been a response post or something. I guess I thought maybe no one would answer because of other threads about "juice cures", "natural mid-east remidies" etc. were kind of "put down"?? Scared me a little because I know the only cure so far for Hep C is the tx we take, and I didn't want anyone thinking it was another thread like that. I ignore the argumenitive ones as much as possible, and just figured this one might get ignored too because of the title.

I don't think anyone is ignoring you because of the thread except I know I never heard of it, to me it sounds like a rum drink I had in Jamaica, but I hope you find out. have you looked in archieves?
