So sorry to hear the virus is back...not that I'm an expert but it sounds as though the insurance co might be waiting for the newest shorter Tx for you. Thank goodness it's just a month or two away.. There are so many in the community who have been in the same situation as you, I'm sure they will very helpful...try HectorSF he's as wealth of good info...
Good luck to you

Hi Chris!  Is your Tx suppose to be more than 12 wks?  I'm in CA.

I did the whole 28 wks and had no detectable virus at 4 weeks, now 5 weeks out of therapy the HCV is back.  My insurance would not pay after 4 weeks and then again at 10 if I wasn't responding.
My fear is now after the cost of this drug will my insurance pay out more for the next drug?

Hi.  I just posted about possibly not being able to extend Sovaldi & Olysio beyond 12 weeks.  Do you mind telling me who your doctor is and/or the area of the country you're in?  Thanks.
