Women with no libido

HI,

I've been married for 12 yrs now with a 10 yr old son.
After my son was born, my wife refuses to have a physical relationship with me.  I've tried all ways - counselling and what not.  She just doesnt feel like it.  She's a celebrity in the field of arts.

I've been committed to my wife and never cheated her - but now it's getting frustrating.

Can anyone tell me if this behaviour of my wife is a normal or abnormal behaviour?
Do women lose interest in sex after childbirth?

Help me pls !!

I'll venture a guess on the question and I may be totally off base.  The best thing to do is ask your wife why.  That said, since her libido suddenly stopped at the birth of your son 10 years ago, perhaps she questioning her own sexuality (heterosexuality).  It doesn't make sense that she has no desire to have a physical relationship with you, and that it terminated ONLY upon the birth of your son.  I'm assuming since you've remained together since the birth of your child (10 years ago), that she has performed the duties of motherhood?  I'm just throwing things out here.. and maybe that is not so good - the best thing to do would be to encourage her to seek counseling with you.  I wish you the very best.  But like I said, this is not the forum for this.  Good luck
