Worried about infection

So yesterday, alot of things went wrong as far as sex with my Hep C positive girlfriend.
In the morning, I was shaving my pubic areas with an electric razor and poked my scrotum twice and the bottom of the penis shaft once. All 3 pokes resulted in small blood discharges. At 7pm, as I was playing with my baby kid, I inadvertently got cut in my inner mouth lip. That also resulted in a blood discharge but seemed to dry up a couple of hours later.
Around midnight, I performed cunnilingus on my gf, followed by unusually long intercourse. Upon completion, we discovered that both our intimate areas were covered in blood (this wasn't her period). Beside the obvious embarrassment, I was very concerned about possible Hep C infection but she reassured me that it was highly unlikely.
Based on the circumstances described above, what are the risks of exposure?
