Anyone have any new info on the new PI's? I am getting restless. Was diagnosed Oct 08 and worried this is going to advance too far before the damn meds come out. Treated last year with relapse. Biopsy showed Stage 2 Grade 2 Nov 08.
telaprevir should be available in about a year, and boceprevir should also be available around that time. it seems likely that telaprevir will be available first, but it's hard to say for sure.
My hapatologist said that 6 years is average to move from stage to stage once fibrosis has occurred. some people move slower and some faster.
