Zantac

Is like heartburn medication, like Zantac ok to take while on triple theraphy?
I have had like the worst heartburn from all of the fatty foods that I have been having to eat. Sunshine & Peaches xoxoxo

Call your doctor. He knows your body and what would be best for you to take  He'll probably just call in a prescription and you'll get it that day. I know I have the same problem since taking the meds it hurts.

Zantac is the only heartburn med I am allowed to take in my trial with two experimental drugs.  I had to give up my proton inhibitor because it might interfere with absorption of one of the drugs.  But even with Zantac I have to be careful to take it 10 hours before and 2 hours after dosing with the study drugs.   I find that the only way it will help me is if I do not take it near the time of eating.   So I try to take it more than an hour after and at least a half hour before eating.  I also have to take 150 mg tabs.  

All of this creates a logistical nightmare.  I often have heartburn anyway.

Hi Honda,   GI has me on Dexilant for GAD and Hiatal  Hernia .   one a day, and it works great .   One triple therapy with INC.    No Problems :)    He keeps me in samples .............
