what happens if my antibody test fof hcv is positive but rna pcr is negative

This is a good thing.  Evidently, you tested positive for the antibodies to Hep-C, which indicate exposure to the virus.  However, you do not test positive to the living virus so you were exposed but not infected.  You should jump up and down with glee now.

that means you have a false pos screening test or a previous infection and cleared.

Ask for a 'Riba' confirmatory test.  A neg riba means no prior infection and and a pos

riba means prior infection with clearence.

Nothing happens because you don't have hepatitis C, only the antibodies.
