alcoholic hepatitis

I have recently had acoholic hepatitis, and was in hospital for three weeks, where I was given a steroid called prednisolone, which I now no lonegr have to take. the biopsy showed no cirrhosis, but some fibrosis in the liver. I have stopped drinking completely. Broadly,what sort of outlook do I have for the future?
