allergies

Has anyone else experienced an increase in seasonal allergies during tx.  Mine seem so much worse this year, can't stop sneezing, head stufferd up and I feel weirder than usual!

Claritin used to help but not this year.  Should I go see the Doc. maybe there is something stronger.

Has anyone heard of a better OTC medication?

I've never been bothered before with allergies until this year on tx. I'm not even sure if they're allergies for me, but I've never had so many sinus issues before. I've increased my water intake and use a neti pot from time to time and this seems to work, but I think mine are more a result of dryness. Hope you find something that works well for you!  Pam

Ity's a small ceramic pot that you fill with waem water and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Here's one of many lnks....

Some people use the saline solutions you can buy OTC but I've never tried them.
