anti-inflamatories

I have an inflamation (inflammation) on lower back (pinched nerve) is ther an anti-inlamatory I can take that wil not affect my high blood pressure?

As with most drugs, anti inflamatories/NSAIDs carry warnings and drug interaction risks...Talk to your doc about them....That said, I have found Meloxicam to be of great help for my osteoarthritis. I nolonger take any ibuprophen since starting the med..I am on high blood pressure meds as well..
