anxiety

I go to a support group for HepC. its run by the liver clinic here in Ft. Myers fla. The dr. puts all his patients on St John Wort or the paxil for anxiety or depression. especailly the one's that are on the combo threapy. or interferon. But it seems that this Hep C causes you to have anxiety disorder my question is. Do you see a lot of people suffering anxiety from just haveing Hep C. Thankyou for any Info on this subject.
