No, spots under the eyes are not connected with hepc. Scaredlonelady has convinced herself she has hepc and the reality of that is almost non-existent. It would of been a very recent exposure, she is waiting on test results and I'll bet a dollar to a doughnut test results are negative.

Hello,
I wish to tell you that I am 45, and I also have those spots under my eyes, and also wanderd are they connected with Hep C, seems that they are.
I might have contracted hep C I am waiting for my blood results
Maybe they're genetic or you've spent too much time in the sun. Do you have HepC?
Could be - but, we're not doctors, and we certainly can't examine you :-)
All said above assumes that they are really what most people call "liver spots". See your doc. Only an actual examination can tell for sure.
I am 27 and getting age spots :(
And as Mary mentioned, they have absolutely nothing to do with the liver. They are a normal part of the aging process.
If they change color texture quickly, or seem to change in size, then you probably want to mention them to your doctor.
You are awful young to be getting age spots. You might want to ask your doctor about this.

age spots are due to damage to the skin, it has to do with the melanin in the skin. I dont know why they call them liver spots. melanin protects the skin and is helpful in inflammation. this has to do with the skin, not with the liver. Good luck with your positive endeavors.
