assistance with copayment for meds

Our copay and deductible for the Ribavirin and Pegasis is over $600/month. Is there any assistance for patients with this expense.

If you live in the U.S, call whichever of the following companies apply and talk to their Patient Assistance Programs. For Roche’s Pegasys, you will want to call Pegassist:

Pegassist (Roche Pegasys system): 1-877-734-2797

Commitment to Care (Schering- Plough PEG-Intron system): 1-800-521-7157

Depending on income qualification, they will pay for part or all of the cost of your meds. Commitment to Care has fully paid for meds and shipping for me for the last two treatment years.
