autoimmune hepatitis ( urgent)

Dear Doctor,
First of all I’d like to express my great appreciation and thanks to the MED HELP staff for their kind effort.
My sister (32 years old ) has autoimmune hepatitis for 11 years, she take prednisone , she had a daughter ( 6 years now), at that time while she was pregnant she stop the prednisone and the liver function test was ok, after that she continue prednisone up till now.
my Question are:
1) is her daughter should inherit the same disease?
2) does she can pregnant again?
3) She used to check the ALT and AST only, what do you recommend more , I mean if there is more important test ( or tests) , what are the names of that test (or tests) which you recommend to check?
