availability of pegylated interferon

Dear sir,
my father is suffering from hepatitis c and pancreatic deseases along with hemophilia.
and in our country india, we are not getting medicines for the treatment. infact we rare not getting proper treatment facilities.
i am ready to do nay thing required for him, and would like to mention that his age is 68 now.
he is now having medicine for hepatitis -c named " RIVABIN 200 mg "
pls send me the deatails as early as possible.
