back pain

Hey all.
I am in my last week of treatment and I have noticed that I have a vague pain on the right side through to my back. I had my gallbladder out in Sept 2002, but I still feel like something is up. I am so near the end of tx. I will see my gastro next Monday and am so scared of unearthing yet another health issue. Any thoughts? Other than the vague pain, I feel fine. No nausea, no fever, no yellowing of the eyes or skin. thanks
