bilirubin level

I have some doubts about bilirubin

my wife has abdominal pains for about 10 days and she had a citiscan done and they confirmed an ovary cyst which she had for about a year (3mm).

The last blood test showed Bilirubine total at 44 and direct at 5. Can she have Hepatitis. She says her urine is bit yellow if she does not drink water. She was anemic but now her anemia is oK as her doctor took her off the iron pill she was taking. She also takes Synthroid. Any help would be appreciated
