This looks like a standard blood test to me. I don't see anything relating to Liver Enzymes. You can research each result by "Goggling" them or you may want to ask your Dr. to interpret them for you. Have a good weekend

The  most obvious liver marker is alanine transaminase generally expressed on our lab results as "ALT".   Your result of 130 UL appears elevated according the normal range that I have seen. The normal range in the US is approximately 9 - 60 UL.
The only other markers liver related that pop out are bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase. The labs results that I am accustomed to seeing express bilirubin in mg/dl and our normal range is .2 -1.2 . If you convert 8 umol/l to mg/dl it would be equivalent to .5 which is well within normal range.
Your alkaline phosphatase is also normal.
Assuming that I am correct with my conversion everything looks fine except for your  ALT which is elevated and that marker is the most specific marker for liver health. I would follow up with a liver specialist to find out what is causing this elevation.

Thanks Mike, I am so used to reading my on which is ALT or SGPT/ALT, I scanned over and missed alanine transaminase.
lisa34, Mike is correct on your elevated ALT. Don’t panic but you do need have some more test done. You may find this site helpful in explaining some of the ranges in your blood work.
