other issues,,,,,,short of breath, fatigue, brittle nails, abdominal pain, rash, thyroid,
that is a low viral load. I would think your other counts being so low, and not on treatment, how in the world could you withstand treatment? When I started, my hgb Awas 14.4 ..On treatment I have gotten as low as the 7's. Maybe you should go to a hematologist to help you get these numbers up so that you can do treatment. Any other issues?
jt........heres my #'s
my viral load is 140 iu/ml
rbc is 3.31

my main "liver" doctor is Dr John Hanson and he is part of the transplant team at CMC i saw Dr Russo once for a second opinion, and he thought i should treat but Dr Hanson did not after my last blood work.
i do know that Dr Hanson said i had the lowest viral load he had seen in someone with hcv.

I see you go to Dr. Russo. So do I. If you don't mind my asking, what are your counts? Why will he not let you do treatment? What is your viral load?
JT
walking helps and fresh air now that it's winter. just be careful not to slip on the ice.
