Opiates - and perhaps byproducts of cocaine can be used in a medicinal sense - but I would need to know the reason behind your asking, prior to answering.

Actually some nurses I knew found a canister of this liquid cocaine type spray stuff that the doctors used for hard core nose surgery...this was during the 80s (I am SURE they don't use that anymore for it LOL) but of course those little hospital nurses used up that entire canister on themselves.  Always makes me feel confident when going in for a procedure even today.

If you are looking for an out on a drug test - you're outta luck.  The only thing that works is time - you need days not an excuse.  It won't work, especially if it's a court ordered test.
