by barbwhite, Mar 13, 2009 11:54AM
I was underder going treatment for hep c geneotype 1a and 1b treatment was to no avail. So I needed to look for another option I decieded to try a more homopathic method I don't know what else to do. I am frustrated to the fullest I started taking collodial silver and treating myself with a machine developed by roy rife who knows is it will work but ill give it a try. I know the risks of collidial silver the possibility I could turn blue over a period of time well only time will tell I recently had my labs on the day i start this  experamental treatment don't have the results yet however i will keep you posted. Wish me luck on this cause nothing else seems to work. God bless you all and good luck on your treatment with hep c.

I don't understand. Aren't you in the eighth month of interferon/riba tx? Did you stop recently? If you did quit tx unexpectedly, you should take a break and wait for newer, better and shorter medcial tx's.

You shouldn't be taking colloidal silver at all, no two ways about it. Take milk thistle if you feel you need to take something, although I wouldn't bother myself.

The colloidal silver is a NO-NO. Cut your losses and run.

Sorry to hear another fellow hepper was duped into trying a "snake oil" cure. That collidial sliver is some nasty stuff. Besides turning your skin a nice death warmed over gray it can also do more damage to your liver. You may have to change your name to barbgray. Best of luck

Are you serious!  Colloidal silver can cause serious side effects. The bluish-gray discoloration of the body (Argyria) is not treatable or reversible.  You will be barbgray.

Other side effects from using colloidal silver products may include neurologic problems (such as seizures), kidney damage, stomach distress, headaches, fatigue, and skin irritation.
