It looks like you have over 1 million viral load. Viral load doesn't mean much in terms of liver damage. I have seen some here that have many more millions of virons. They use this test to base your first 12 week PCR on. (Viral Load test) If you have at least a 2 log drop (drop off 2 zeros from what you have now) most ins. co will continue to tx you.

Check out the Janis and Friends website (google Janis + HCV) They have a section on that site that tells you how to read and interperet lab work. Looks like your liver enzymes are quite elevated (ALT and AST) and that is usually an indication that something not so good is going on with your liver but LOTS of things can impact liver enzyme levels. If you drink alcohol I would suggest that you abstain until you have a better idea of what is going on.
