diet for hepatatis,recovery period,drugs to be included

iam 20yrs old i have been suffering from jaundice since 1 and a half month and my bilurubin level is 1.6 and SGOT and SGPT levels are 51 and 82  .can you please suggest me about the diet can i eat guavas ,bread,potatoes[boiled] and can you please tell me the recovery time and drugs that have to be included

do u have hep c,if so what geno type?i dont know bout jaundice,iv never had it but i know lower fat diets helps PEOPLE WITH LIVER DISEASE  and just general healthy eating like fruit veg whole grains not heaps of meat,no junk food.but hey i have no idea if there r certain foods to eAT TO HELP OR HEALTHY FOODS THAT R BAD FOR JAUNDICE.OOPS KEPT PRESSING CAP LOCK ON.

some1 here will know,id say u hav already tried looking up on net typing foods for jaundice but if u havnt well thats a start,but its time consuming looking for the right site,dietician might know too but prob been there done that too.gd luck
