does the yeast infection spread

hi again i posted a question on the 6/4/03 and i have another question to ask .i saw everyone said i can use over the counter drugs and i will get the best one and see if it will work but i am going to see my doctor next week .But added to my itch i found that my left breast started to pain in one particular spot very badly..so i did a self examiniation and i found nothing unusual just it pain alot.i thought it could have been that i wore a push-up bra so i wore a normal one and i am feeling the same pain in the left breast alone.Can this be a result of the yeast infection.and if so what is the connection.I am just 24 and i never did the freaky or come close to doing it and i am concerned.I need answers.........
