Yikes. Doesn't sound fun! How are you feeling now? I agree with others above, best to check with your doctor before skipping doses. Maybe a compromise would be to take half doses for 12 hours or 24 hours?
My husband has one of those big pill boxes with different colored sections (morning, noon, afternoon, evening).
He also has a cell phone with a special pill reminder function that has worked really well for him. It has an alarm that can be set for different times during the day and reoccur at those same times every day. It even has a function that allowed me to take pictures of the various pills for the specific times each day.
Let us know how you're doing.

Sorry,it's not protease inhibitors but Polymerase Inhibitors.
I kept a daily log to remind me of what I took and when I took it.My wife has these daily pill cases with divided sections to remind her of when to take her pills.I had a clip board to remind me of the time to take my next pill.It is important not to skip a med.If you do, not to worry.Go on to the next pill time .On the lighter side ,protease inhibitors keeps the virus from multiplying. You doubled and a lot of new virus babies weren't produced. So hang in there and go for svr.
"Thanks can do man - those sides sound consistent with the regular side."
Yep, just double the fun right.? :)
I agree with Can-do-man. Contact your Hep C treating doctor and tell him/her exactly what you took and when. Ask the doc about skipping doses. That may not be a good idea. It may be better to just keep on with your regular dose schedule, but that is a decision your doc should make.
You could also contact the Vertex nurse just for some information and their recommendations.

Can You Take Too Much INCIVEK?
INCIVEK™ (telaprevir) is a prescription protease inhibitor used to treat hepatitis C. As with any medication, it is possible to take too much INCIVEK.
At this time, it is not entirely known what to expect from an INCIVEK overdose. However, the effects of an overdose would likely vary, depending on a number of factors, including the INCIVEK dosage and whether it was taken with any other medications or substances.
Effects of an Overdose
Based on a study in which people were given high doses of INCIVEK (5625 mg a day for 4 days, which is more than 2 times higher than the usual INCIVEK dose), possible effects of an overdose may include:
•Nausea
•Headache
•Diarrhea
•Decreased appetite
•Abnormal taste
•Vomiting.
