my report shows "homogeneously uniform in echotexture of hepatic parenchyma"... is that mean that i got hepatitis C? is it too danger for me?? will i cure ?

I take it to mean the essential or functional tissue of the organ appears to be uniform with no nodularity or  indication cirrhosis is present.  

The only way to know if you have active hepc is to be tested by HCV RNA by PCR.

As someone who reads a lot of hepatic US, homogenous echotexture is normal, ie without a focal lesion or irregularity.  

Homogeneously echogenic or hyperechoic is different, could be fatty liver or early changes of cirrhosis.  

Are you sure you read the report carefully?  

US does not diagnose hcv, that requires a blood test.
