false positive tests  on combination therapy.
Does a   false positive  have any  real effect on treatment after  reaching and maintaining non dectable for a  3 month period or more?
Should it be considered or ignored when the margin is under 200 copies?
Realise we are not able to predict SVR,especially when non dectable is reached  from or after 12 week

Well it depends if it's a false positive or not.  In my case it was at my 4 week post test and was 60.  The doctor said test again in a month and I did and it was UND - so it was a false pos since I"ve been SVR coming up on three years now.

You can't really ignore it - wait a month then get retested is the best bet that was if it was a false pos. you don't go off the meds for no reason.

What'd your doctor say? So sorry Volvic I know how horrible it can really be.
