Definitely, have your doc check your thyroid labs, as nygirl suggested.

I had a rapid pulse rate while I was on TX but it got back to normal pretty quickly after TX ended...within a month or so.

Have your thyroid checked as it can certainly be one reason and we know that interferon has disastrous results on some folks (like mine).  If you are hyperthyroid it will beat faster. You can google Graves Disease and Hashimoto Disease to see the differences.

Congrats on finishing. I thought 48 weeks was bad!

I've had so many different things post tx... some days my pulse is over 100 while sitting still. I think the body is trying to figure out how to get back to normal. There were a lot of internal changes besides fighting the virus. If the fast pulse lasts longer than a couple of weeks, you may want to contact your doctor though because that isn't good for the heart.

Has anyone experienced a fast pulse post tx?

I did. On my first visit to my uncle Joe Bob's bikini bar. Then my aunt Mabel waddle her way through the front door. That took care of it, like a bucket of ice water down the front side.

Good luck - I hope this one is the one for you!
