I think I read somewhere (forgot where) that fatty food helps absorbtion of Ribavirin

It binds to the fat instead of peeing out - that's about as abruptly as I can say it from what I understand.
Peanut butter and things like that are great natural fats if you can't really eat a big meal cause of the nauseau. I got used to taking mine with breakfast (which I never used to eat) at 7am and dinner at 7pm so that it was spaced 12 hours apart and had the highest concentrations of fat with them.
Believe me, from the drastic anemia I faced...it works ;)

Bioavailablity of a single dose of oral Ribavirin was increased by co-administration with a high-fat meal.
You should also take Riba in the middle of the meal not B4 or after.
This will help with some sides.

While on tox some health regimens need to be suspended to give you the best chance of SVR. Besides, a little fat in moderation is not going to stress the liver too much.
