fatty liver and pancrease

i am 29/f haveing a problem of fatty liver and pancrease sence last one year and benn pescribed medicines for that. initially my problem started with some sort of depression and went into reduction in sleep and tension all day. i went through certain test like barium x rays and ultrasound of whole abdomen. then the doctor called it as fatty liver and pancrease. he prescribed me 1. rabeprazol 20mg on tab. daily.2. gastractive one tab two times a day.3.folic acid tablets two tabs two time a day.4 microdox dt.
i want to know is is it possible to have depression if a person has fatty liver? or there might be some other problems too for which i felt depressed.
