Well for me no honky dory days all have been pretty much same severe fatigue and feverlow grade.. The day I take shot is usually my best day ...........put that suff back in get repeat . I am just very thankfull for no rashes no sick stomach and lot bad things God is good.
Wow glad you caught that. It's seems like so many of us let things ride because we don't want to come off as a hypochondriac (or whatever) I am glad you went. Sometimes I look at my labs and absolutely every line item tested is highlighted and over/under the reference interval and it is amazing I am not more ill (or vulnerable) and everything is supposed to be honky dory!
Thanks and I do eat lot bread becase it felt like tummy was up so i went bland . I cant stand sweet stuff so no problem with sugar. Thanks so much for tid bits you all are great here.
God Bless

Congrats that you caught that little infection, before it snow-balled, good for you! Even though you were tired, you went to those Doctors appts, etc.
I try to avoid sugar, which helps with bladder infection prevention, also too much bread can bring it on with me. Make sure to eat your veggies, etc. and some natural yogurt, during and after you finish the meds, that your Doc prescribed, for the infection. Hope you feel better soon : )

Wow, results by 10:00?. Good for you. Actually, MY GI stays booked and busy. In a way I am kind of happy for the guy since the practice/clinic was small and growing when I started going there. He was always available and the quality of help I received was spot on. My physical complaint rarely ended up being baseless. For some reason when I see the PA the opposite tends to be the case. That is why last time I treated I would sometimes see my PCP. She is the one who wrote the referral to my GI in the first place. Plus, she does not treat many HCV patients so she is always shocked when she sees my labs (even though we know it is normal to have just about every value out of the reference interval).
I should do that more this time too. Seeing your husband's doc was a good idea. I am finding sometimes it is not healthy to let physical conditions go overlooked and as a result it is started to stress me out.
I hope you post later and let us know what the results are. I hope everything turns out to be OK!!
My familey dr would not see me yesterday very upsetting was a nurse pract. there said nothing available to make app on Friday I said I need help today . I called my hubbys dr he saw he had me to do spec. he looked at it under microscope said he could not see any thing it is clear not dark. he sent it for a nother test and he did some blood work I call back around 10 thank u u all are so sweet to talk to me ,
God bless
By pressure when you use the restroom do you mean #1 or #2? Also by "pressure" do you mean difficulty urinating? For example, it feels like you have to go but when you sit there you have to relax and still there is very little output? If it is just this with no burning or stinging then I am wonder if you could be a little dehydrated? If your urine is a little concentrated then it is possible you may be. Just a suggestion. Hope you find out what it means or it resolves on it's own :)
Oh, okay, it says that you are female on your profile, so you dont have to worry about the prostate.
I do get burning when I urinate, from some of these meds, but no pressure, so check for a bladder infection, with your doctor~ there was another poster on here, that ended up with one, while on treatment. Infections are known to pop up, while on treatment, etc.
Hmmm, I have to say, me personally, I dont get a fever from the Interferon shot or the Ribivirin, but I do get achey the day after the shot, and feel like I have the flu, so I may have a little fever, but dont take my temp.
The symptom that you have, that is worrying me, is the
"pressure when you urinate"...I havent gone to your profile, to see if you are male or female, but there was another person on here, that did get a bladder infection, and I know these meds can be hard on the kidney. Plus, if you are running a fever, then you will be getting more dehydrated, and need even more water.
I would avoid sugar for now, and eat only wholesome food, until you get to the Doctor, and then mention the "pressure with urination" symptom, and they can test your urine for bacteria, etc, and they can run the whole blood test, check your thyroid, everything like that, the kidneys, etc. Because a bladder infection can end up being a kidney infection, which is dangerous, etc~
I had a fever after my first injection. For most of the 12 week incivek treatment I also ran a fever of between 100 and 102.5. It ususally started around 4 p.m. I spent a lot of evenings on the couch either burning up or shivering. By the morning I was fine. Good luck.
Ty for reply I truly appreciatem it
i took my shot on Sat had good day on Sunday ,Monday, I had fever all day and last night it did go to 100.01. today is Tue. I got up felt lot pressure when i pee. I drink my water like I should.. I guess my question is does any one else have thesee fevers and if so did they last for all the 24 weeks . I take 180 inj peg 400 mg ribavirin . It seesm like temp goes up after I take reb. week 14 o f24 type 3.
I would suggest you take the tylenol an hour before the shot and make sure to take them every 4 or 8 hours for a couple of days. I found that after the first few months it was not necessry to take tylenol.
What week are you on? It does get better as your body adjusts to the brutal assault of these drugs.

I had a very high fever a couple of times after my injections. The first time it went to 103.5, another time it went over 103.0 I had another friend who ran a fever a little over 100 for most of tx. I am all good to go after tx as far as I can see.
Good luck
