Try ice cream, cheese, anything with mayo? ( a favorite of mine was mayo, peanutbutter and alphalpha sprout sandwiches -don't knock it 'till you've tried it!)...Toasted cheese sandwiches...BLTs...sausage (the real kind) wrapped in a thin buttered pancake...hamburgers..celery sticks stuffed with cream cheese spread or peanut butter...Mac-n-cheese made with real cheese...

2 eggs cooked in 1 tbls olive oil = 24g fat
1 medium avocado= approx. 20g of fat
salad + 3 tbls salad dressing= 21g fat
oatmeal + 1 tbls olive oil + 16 almonds= approx. 20 g of fat
oatmeal + 1.5 tbls olive oil= approx. 20 g of fat
Garden of Eatin tortilla chips (14g fat/24 chips) + 2 tbls guacamole (5g)= appox 19g of fat
3.5 tbls coconut + 1 whole milk yogurt blended into a smoothy= 20g of fat
1c granola + 1c whole milk or yogurt=approx 20g of fat
egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad made with 1.5 tbls mayo= approx. 20g of fat
PB and J sandwich with 3 tbls peanut butter

I have been eating chicken pot pie's, 5 small chocolate coverd dounuts, 2 small honey buns, I been struggling with nausea from meds so it's very hard for me to eat at all.

Whole milk with protein powder and tablespoon of peanut butter, swallow the pills down with that and you've got more than enough fat. Klondike bars 15 grams. Joe

Coconut oil (organic virgin) has 14grams of fat per tablespoon. Boomie bars-- look those up--are at some health food stores like fruitful yield. Almonds, macadamia, trail mix. Reeses peanut butter cup bars have 19 grams each. Drumstick ice cream. With the coconut oil u can make smoothies or put it on toast.

The most extensive list I have found is at:
http://thehepcexperiment.com/treatment-diary/20-grams-of-fat/

Someone took a LOT of time to put that list together  :-)
