thanks. i've never had dry skin until this week and suddenly, I can't believe it. Even my ears are dry. I have some olive oil in a jar on the counter and will try it in the bath and on my scalp.

And it's so accessible for me, right here at home. I'll have to get a cheaper bottle, though, in future, since I spoil myself with the fancy stuff that smells strong.

Hep c seems to make your skin dryer. I will try the olive oil Ciny. Thanks.  I was told today that Omega 3 Fish Oil is good also for dry skin. I just got a bottle and you just have to take one capsule once a day. It isn't expensive either.

I go for the VCO, virgin coconut oil. It is also antiviral and antibacterial, thus would maybe even help prevent or diminish rashes. It is great on the scalp and hair too.

I have been very lucky not to have any dry skin problems, yet... Maybe I can partially attribute it to drinking about 4 liters (1gallon) or more of water per day. I am not using more creams than I did before tx. The only place which feels dryer are the soles of my feet and I use a mixture of shea butter and VCO on them.

I am also taking krill oil (omega 3 & 6) everyday... plus the VCO. I take my riba with a spoonful twice a day.

I think it is important to ingest a good source of healthy fats every day, like raw VCO, raw Virgin Olive Oil and omega 3&6. It also keeps the joints supple and the skin and hair beautiful.
