goin crazy need answers

positive HCV antibodies 11.0
RNA not detected
genotype-RNA not detected
ANA positive1:80  speckle pattern
ACTIN 17
0-19 is negative so my actin is negative

actin antibodies are found in 52-85 percent of individuals with autoimmune hepatitis.

AFP <1.3

like most vitamin D deficient

medical history- I have always had bladder infections and UTIs as well as my mother.  Other than not many medical problems in the family that I know.


These are the facts about me

no symptoms, regular bowl, NO depression, confusion, itching, diarreah, constipation, headaches,  fatigue, or pain

My liver panels are within normal range.....whats goin on with me?

I only know what I have read here and elsewhere and it pretty much looks like you answered your own question:

if an ANA test is positive, it is often followed up with other tests or Serologic markers of autoimmune hepatitis.

It's pretty clear you don't have Hepatitis C have you tried posting elsewhere?
Or better yet having your doctor or Hepatologist go over your labs with you to see what the next step, if any would be?

As someone said previously: You HAD the virus and spontaneously cured. It happens. Even though you do not have the virus now, you will always have the anti-bodies. Relax. Your liver panels all point to normal. It could be worse. I don't see anything to be alarmed about. By your own admission you state you have NO Hepatitus C symptoms and your liver panels are NORMAL.
It sounds like you are good to go.
