Taking a good MENS multivitamin is actually ok (I guess cause you are not getting all that much A or K but don't take extra). Of course stuff like vitamin C is fine...you just want to be very sure that what you take isn't going to have a negative effect (on your liver OR treatment).
Keep asking questions the more you know the better your chances will be off success.
Thanks, I am really feeling overwhelmed and underinformed
Dont feel bad - we ALL started out that way, now on the other hand I can guarantee you that the old timers in here know more than 99.9% of all of the doctors treating hep that are out there. LITERALLY.
Without the knowledge on this forum I would NOT have been cured - my own doc admitted later in treatment that he knew nothing about the disease compared to me and I only knew what I did cause the great people in here shared their wealth with me.
Without them I most certainly would have to treat again some day and I was already stage 3 when I was diagnosed. things could have ended up very differently for me and I never forget that.

Milk thistle won't cure hep and you can't take it if you are on treatment.
Milk thistle won't cure the disease unfortunately, only peg/riba will do that. Remember not to take the milk thistle on treatment - (also don't take iron, vitamin A or K either - iron can help the virus to replicate and you don't need extra stores of A or K we get enough normally and your liver cant get rid of it).
