Hopefully you mean that you are taking 400 riba twice a day. How much pegintron are you taking? Do you know what your genotype is? Did you have a PCR (viral load test) after 4 weeks of treatment?

Have fun with the badminton and good luck,
Dave

keep active if u can as this will help digestion. oddly mine was fine during tx and is more like yours now. check out your diet. you should be drinking alot of water which should help. yogurt with live cultures is great for intestines. be sure to get plenty of roughage if u can tolerate it like apples with skin,  raspberries with seeds, celery etc. you may be aware that fat and riba go together well and u may want to add some avocodo or nutbutter to your diet. if this does not help i expect your doc can advise if he is a gastro doc. best, babs
ps no meds even natural ones with out checking with tx doc.

If you feel good enough to play badminton by all means you should. Exercise is good on treatment. For your second question, can't help much. I have mild hemorrhoids and find it gets worse after sitting for hours on hard surfaces. Yours sounds like a different cause. Sorry. You know the drugs for treatment also affect the emotions, with depression, mood changes, short temper, etc., Others will be along to tell you some of their coping methods. All the best.
