health care question

i was wondering if obama's proposed heath care plan that "covers everybody " includes us folks with hcv that can't get insurance or maybe thoughs that have tx..?..billy

I'm sure his proposed heath plan is all inclusive and he's highly intelligent, however something like that would have to be approved by congress and just in my opinion will take years to be reviewed and even more to be implemented.  Congress has citizens who have no idea how the average man lives, and I really doubt that they care that much.  I don't want to turn this into a partisan debate but there are still tons of congressmen who believe in trickle down economics.  Basically that means everyone at the top lives their lives and supposedly what trickles down is what the working class or the poor ends up with.  Kind of like a world of Goodwill or second hand stores and ideas, clothing, healthcare etc. etc.
I'm sure someone will come up with a different definition of trickle down economics, but either way it will boil down to the same old idea of the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.  later
