hi all,
its been almost 3 months since i have been off tx, and by do i feel great. i have been walking 5 miles a day, and doing 100-125 sit ups a day along with weight watchers diet. i went from being 189 pounds at 5 feet 6 inches to 128 now. i feel better than i have in years. i'm praying i will still be clear in september. i hope everyone is doin well and i thank you all for helping me through all my tx. i coulnt have made it without you guys.
