hep C inflammation diet

I am new to this website and I am just learning about the insulin resistance diet. Does it really cut down on the inflammation, when you cut down on high sugar index foods? Have any members; that have done this diet properly, noticed a big difference?

I am just starting the diet;I need some feedback please?

IR has been shown to possibly reduce the effectiveness of Inf/Riba treatment in achieving SVR by apx. 20% . If you are insulin resistant , it would be wise to try to reduce your HOMA score , if possible.

There is plenty of data available on the net regarding this subject. However, as far as I know, the IR diet ,basically a low carb diet ... does not directly affect the viral inflammation, at this time only Inf/Riba will accomplish this goal.
